• Anxiety or panic attacks
• Muscle strain or injury from exercise

• Cardiovascular events including heart attack

STOP IMMEDIATELY and seek medical attention if you experience any discomfort, unusual symptoms, chest pain, severe shortness of breath, or any concerning symptoms.

2.5 Assumption of Risk

By using this service, you expressly acknowledge, understand, and agree that:

• Results may vary and are not guaranteed. The service operator's personal success with this method does not guarantee similar results for you or any other individual.

2.6 Limitation of Liability - Health Related

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

The service provider (Kazuo Okiyama / SURUZOH) shall NOT be liable for any injury, illness, adverse health effects, or any other damages (including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages) arising from or related to:

• Your use of this service or the information provided herein
• Your practice of the breathing techniques or exercises described
• Any health complications or medical issues that may arise
• Any reliance on the information or methods provided
• Any failure to achieve desired results

You expressly waive any and all claims against the service provider related to health outcomes, injuries, or adverse effects that may result from using this service.

2.7 Based on Personal Experience

The content in this service is based on the personal experience of the service operator who successfully cleared 30 years of nasal congestion using this method. However:

• This is one individual's experience and may not be representative of typical results
• The operator is not a medical professional and cannot provide medical advice
• Your results may differ significantly based on your individual circumstances
• This method may not be suitable or safe for everyone

4.1 Account Creation

To access the service, you must purchase a subscription and create an account using a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your Magic Link or account access with others.

5.1 Pricing

• Initial Purchase: $37.99 USD - Provides 1-year access
• Annual Renewal: $9.79 USD - Extends access for an additional year

Prices are subject to change with prior notice. Changes will not affect active subscriptions.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.

5.3 Access Period

Your subscription grants you access to all educational content for one year from the date of purchase. After expiration, you must renew to maintain access.

5.4 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions do NOT automatically renew. You must manually renew your subscription before it expires to maintain access to the content.

6.1 General Policy

Due to the nature of digital content that is immediately accessible upon purchase, we generally do NOT offer refunds after you have gained access to the member area and content.

No Refunds For:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Failure to achieve desired results
• Dissatisfaction with the method
• The method not working for you personally
• After accessing any content

Exceptions:

Refunds may be considered only in these exceptional circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing access entirely (verified by us)
• Duplicate charges due to system error
• Unauthorized charges (subject to verification)

6.2 Refund Requests

All refund requests must be submitted via email to suruzoh+support@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our sole discretion.

7.1 You Agree NOT To:

• Share, distribute, or resell any content from this service
• Copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our content
• Share your account access or Magic Links with others
• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to circumvent any security features
• Scrape, data mine, or use automated tools to access the service
• Reverse engineer any part of the service
• Make claims about medical benefits or outcomes
• Represent the content as your own

7.2 Consequences of Violation

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund, and may subject you to legal action.

8.1 Ownership

All content, materials, features, and functionality of this service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, images, and software, are the exclusive property of SURUZOH and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the educational content for your personal, non-commercial use only during your active subscription period.

8.3 Restrictions

You may NOT copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our content or services. You may NOT reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of any software.

9.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

9.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.

9.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. You will not be entitled to any refund of fees already paid.

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maebashi District Court (前橋地方裁判所) in Gunma Prefecture, Japan, as the court of first instance.

13.3 Waiver of Jury Trial

To the extent permitted by law, you waive any right to a jury trial in any proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service.

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before filing any formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at suruzoh+support@gmail.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally.

14.2 Time Limit for Claims

Any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to your use of the service must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose, or it will be forever barred.
